Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This policy applies to recurring memberships and other paid Drama of the Fittest services.

Clear purchase terms

Before purchase, checkout displays the price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, commitment period if any, trial terms if offered, and material restrictions. Taxes may apply.

Recurring billing

A recurring membership renews automatically until canceled. By completing checkout, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges to your payment method through Stripe.

Cancellation

Direct web subscriptions can be managed and canceled through Client Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Deleting the app or account does not by itself cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, charges already paid are nonrefundable and partial periods are not prorated. Nothing in this policy overrides a mandatory cooling-off, cancellation, refund, legal-guarantee, or other consumer right.

Price changes and failed payments

Required advance notice will be provided before future recurring-price changes. Failed payments may be retried and paid access may be suspended until payment information is updated.

For billing questions or disputes, contact dramaofthefittest@gmail.com. This does not give up any lawful payment-provider right.
