These Terms govern dramaofthefittest.com, the Drama of the Fittest web application, and related services provided by Drama of a Gifted Kid LLC, doing business as Drama of the Fittest.

Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you accept these Terms and incorporated policies. You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you reside.
Coaching services
Services may include programs, exercise videos, fitness tracking, general nutrition education, scheduling, community features, and coach communications. They are educational fitness services—not medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, medical nutrition therapy, mental-health treatment, or emergency care.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, use the Services lawfully, respect intellectual-property rights, and avoid unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct.
Memberships and billing
Prices, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, and material restrictions are shown before purchase. Recurring memberships renew until canceled. Stripe processes payments. The Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Fitness risks and no guarantee
Exercise involves inherent risk and results vary. Stop when activity appears unsafe and seek appropriate professional or emergency care. The separate fitness waiver applies before exercise programming is provided.
Suspension and availability
Access may be suspended or ended for nonpayment, fraud, harassment, unsafe conduct, credential sharing, or material breach. The Services may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Governing law and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted, Nevada law governs. This choice does not remove mandatory or non-waivable rights available where you reside. The complete PDF contains the dispute, warranty, liability, severability, and contact provisions.
