This policy explains how Drama of a Gifted Kid LLC, doing business as Drama of the Fittest, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information.

Information we collect
We collect account and contact information, eligibility and location declarations, coaching communications, fitness goals, body measurements, activity and nutrition logs, scheduling details, device and security data, transaction identifiers, and health information you choose to provide.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and personalize coaching, operate accounts and subscriptions, communicate with you, maintain safety and security, comply with law, and improve the Services.
Sensitive health and fitness information
Health and fitness information is handled under the separate Explicit Consent for Sensitive Health and Fitness Information. Drama of the Fittest provides fitness coaching and education, not medical care, and does not use health data for advertising, employment, credit, housing, or insurance decisions.
Service providers and payment processing
Authorized providers may process information only as needed to operate the Services. Supabase supports accounts and data storage, Vercel supports hosting, and Stripe processes payments. The app does not store complete payment-card details.
Your privacy choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent by emailing dramaofthefittest@gmail.com. Some records may be retained for legal obligations, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, or proof of consent.
Security, retention, and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and may be processed in the United States or service-provider locations subject to applicable safeguards.
Adults only
The Services are for adults who are at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where they reside. We do not knowingly provide accounts to minors.
