This consent is separate from the fitness waiver and Privacy Policy. It applies when you voluntarily provide sensitive health, wellness, biometric, or fitness information.

Information covered
This may include injuries, conditions, symptoms, medications, pregnancy or postpartum status, allergies, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, measurements, body composition, progress photos, heart rate, activity, sleep, nutrition, hydration, and connected-device information.
Purposes
We use this information to assess whether a request appears within our nonmedical scope, personalize coaching, track progress, respond to safety concerns, apply limitations, maintain records, protect users, and comply with law.
Access and processing
Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information to operate the Services. Information may be processed in the United States or service-provider locations subject to safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
Your choice and withdrawal
Providing optional sensitive information is voluntary, but declining or withdrawing consent may limit safe personalization. Withdraw by emailing dramaofthefittest@gmail.com. Withdrawal applies to future consent-based processing and does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
